Cunning man tricks woman into having sex by saying he'd been poisoned and needed to "sweat it out" or he'd die

A 24-year-old man tricked a woman into having sex with him by telling her he had been poisoned and the only way he would survive is if he sweated it out.

Police reports said the man, from Rotorua, New Zealand, went to the victim's house "red faced and bent over holding his ribs". They said he told the woman he had been beaten up and was forced to drink a poisonous liquid. He told her there was no antidote and he would die within 48 hours if he did not sweat it out and the woman suggested he should go for a run.

Pastor jailed 14 years for trafficking two kids in Kaduna State

Justice Haruna Offor of a High Court in Nasarawa State has jailed a Kaduna State-based cleric, Pastor Bawa Madaki. The judge on Monday sentenced Madaki to 14 years’ imprisonment for trafficking two children aged five and seven years old – without an option of fine.

Following his arrest, the pastor was arraigned on a two count of deceitfully taking the two underage children from their parents in the Zanzo Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Madaki subsequently sent one child to Lagos State in “an illegal adoption arrangement and the other to Abuja as a domestic worker, thus depriving their parents of the children.”

A naked woman was caught on video standing on the top of a desk at a bank in Tomsk, Russia.

The woman, who is a resident of Tomsk, reportedly walked fully clothed into one of the branches of Sovcombank on Thursday, March 15. But while inside the bank, something triggered her and the woman, who claimed she is a doctor, took off all her clothes then climbed on a desk completely naked and threatened to set herself on fire.

Mosques banned from using loudspeakers in Rwanda

Mosques in parts of the Rwandan capital have been banned from using loudspeakers for the call to prayer just weeks after the government closed hundreds of churches in Kigali.

The ban affects Nyarugenge sector, which is home to some of the city's largest mosques. Nyarugenge sector head Havuguziga Charles told the BBC Kinyarwanda service that the new regulations were aimed at curbing noise pollution, and had been met with little resistance by local imams.
