Arsenal Team in Nigeria for COPA Lagos 2017

COPA Lagos the annual beach soccer tournament accompanied by fashion and exciting parties will be bring the Arsenal beach soccer team, Spain, Lebanon and Morocco to this year’s event. The event which is set to hold from the 8th- 10th December, 2017 at Eko Atlantic city will be opened by an match involving Arsenal and Kebbi beach soccer team!

In a video message currently making the rounds across social media, Nigeria and Arsenal player, Alex Iwobi is inviting all fun lovers to the event which starts from 2pm on Friday.

This year’s event is going to be exceptional as COPA Lagos will for the first time have a Female Celebrity Soccer match with an impressive line-up of female celebrities.
Each day of the event will end with an after-party with the best of DJs in Nigeria. On Saturday, fun lovers will see the best of beach fashion designs on the walk way during the COPA Lagos Fashion show.
Also playing at this year’s COPA Lagos tournament is the first Lagos based beach soccer club, Gidi Sharks. The team was selected by Swiss beach soccer veteran and FIFA Instructor, Angelo Schirinzi, alongside National Beach Soccer Coach, AdamuEjo. The team comprises beach soccer talents from the different parts of Lagos State who came out tops at the COPA Lagos Talent Scout 2017 and have gone through intensive training.
Also expected at the tournament is the Nigerian Sand Eagles, Pepsi Football Academy and Kebbi beach soccer team respectively.
This year’s edition of COPA Lagos is set to be the most exciting ever, with many fan zone activities, gifts, kids play area and parties. Tickets to the three-day event are available on Ariiya tickets, Afritickets, Nairabox, FCMB branches and Eko Hotels at N1,000 regular and N5,000 for VIP tickets
